I was on a long trip to Grand Forks when one of my tires on my trailer (not a Visto's trailer) kept locking up. I called Visto's and spoke with Trevor. He was very pleasant and said to bring the trailer over and they would take a look at it. They determined is was the break controller and had me on my was less then an hour later. Can't recommend this place more. We are a few days into a 3 month road trip with our travel trailer. After 1500 miles we encountered issues with our leaf springs. We pulled into the parking lot 20 minutes before they closed and received amazing service! One of the guys immediately came out, started measuring, picked out the right parts then gave us advice as to wear to pick up the rest of the equipment we needed. We are so very thankful for Visto's!

I run a construction company in South Dakota, I needed a utility trailer to pick up a John Deere tractor mower in West Fargo, instead of bringing up my car trailer I looked around on marketplace with little to no luck, so I tried trailers in Fargo area and Visto's came up. I called and talked with Ryan, he set me up with what I needed on a used utility trailer, which I could not beat the price or condition for anything close on Marketplace. When I arrived, Ryan got me in and out with the smoothest transaction, the guy went even further, he opened the gates early Saturday morning, hours before they opened and made sure I was set for my 6 hour drive back to South Dakota. John, the trailer has been great, easy to pull and tracks really well. No issues that I can see. Have basically tucked it away for winter as I am not attending any more car shows this year. I may actually get a car loaded in it next year. Thanks for everything, I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone that needed a trailer.

I gave Visto's Trailer Sales 5 stars because honestly, I can't think of a reason not to. Customer service experience was great, no pressure, but attentive and answered every question. They didn't have what I came in looking for, had sold the last 16' metal utility/hauler the day before. So I left. But the price for a 16' Aluma was SO LOW compared to West Coast prices, I came back and bought the Aluma. So happy with my purchase.

Great selection of parts and fair prices

I came to Fargo on a second assignment working in the health-care field and needed a trailer to replace all the rentals I was using from another large trailer company. My salesman Ryan B. was professional and courteous and was instrumental in helping me achieve my ideas for custom work in the new trailer I purchased. Having traveled extensively I've become accustomed to overinflated pricing either because I'm a female or businesses taking advantage of traveling health-care workers to feel like I received the best deal. That is the price of travel though so I'm not grudging it. Overall great experience.

Staff is friendly and they are great to work with. We got a pop-up camper a couple years ago and they have repacked the bearing and did some other work to the trailer portion of it for me.

I stopped in and looked at trailers in the lot. When I got in the building, I was greeted and Zach asked if I needed any help with anything. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. The next day I stopped in to purchase a trailer but Zach was gone. Ryan helped with the sale for Zach and they both made the sale run smoothly.

These guys know how to repair trailers. They do great work and have OUTSTANDING customer service. I had an issue with my boat trailer which they bent over backward to fix within tight time constraints-- and at a very fair price. I couldn't have had a better experience and HIGHLY recommend them.
