• Welds: internal as welded, external smoke and discoloration removed

• Stiffener Rings: 10-2 x 3 aluminum channel, external solid welded

• Manway: knappco lm1161 20 manhole with 6 cam over latches

• Cleanouts: 5 3 male pipe nipple with stainless steel on top center line, 1 in each baffle space 3 3 sump side cleanouts each side

• Over Turn Protection: spill dam at top manway with drain hose includes level gage port, relief valve and vapor recovery valve

• Discharge pipe: roper 3548mbhfrv installed to 4 aluminum pipe forward with valve and extension handle to cross forward of ladder with connections to both sides, top load ports to have api loading valve 891 w/ 876 gravity coupler and dust cap, bottom discharge of pump with isolation betts pnuematic 4 valve tied to shutdown alarm with 4 sureseal butterfly valves and camlock adapters at load port

• Vapor Recovery: 3 air operated butterfly valve at tank top with contour pipe to bottom of tank, with vents at driver side near ladder and rear of tank with butterfly valve, cam lock and cap
