Q: If I need warranty work done on my trailer, do I need to submit anything to the manufacturer?
A: Nope! Give us a call and our team will verify your warranty with the manufacturer & process any claims on your behalf.
Q: Can I get a same-day service appointment?
A: We are often scheduled out a week or two in advance in our shop. If you know you need your trailer repaired by a certain date – the sooner you call us to schedule, the better!
Q: How often should my trailer be serviced?
Q: Can you install accessories to my trailer?
A: Yes! Our shop installs a variety of accessories on all types of trailers. We do plenty of different upfits to make your trailer work better for your needs. Examples include: E-track, D-rings, Winch plates, Toolboxes, Spare Tire Mounts, Ladder Rack Systems, Light Bars, Battery Boxes, Fenders/Steps, and much more.
Q: Do you provide emergency/roadside repairs?
A: We do not offer roadside assistance at this time, but have had many trailers towed into our shop to have our technicians work on them!
