Full Job Description
Service Management:
- Develop, communicate, enforce & monitor effective service department processes to ensure internal & external guest experience
- Mentor & encourage team members in meeting company & customer needs
- Responsible to establish & maintain an accurate & fair standard billing database
- Develop & maintain a high level of product, market & industry knowledge
- Design & implement growth opportunities to increase revenue
- Lead team in surpassing sales goals
- Effectively train, develop & motivate teams members
- Establish yearly budgets to be reviewed and approved by General Manager
- Responsible for financial performance & achieving of budgets
- Responsible for process accountability & improvement
- Learn & apply new selling skills, strategies & techniques with the release of new products & processes
- Identify key businesses, vendors & customers to increase overall company sales
- Create word-of-mouth advertising with satisfied customers
- Review & process technician commissions for payroll to be processed
Daily Duties - included but not limited to:
- Ensure retail, warranty claims & internal orders are completed in a timely manner
- Review & change schedule as needed with Service Advisor
- Maintain lot organization
- Ensure shop, work orders, triage & parts are set every night
- Schedule & organize service appointments
- Assign work to technicians
- Ensure preparations of accurate estimates & billings for customers
- Utilize CRM for timely follow ups, establishing lifelong customers through repeat business with current & previous customers
- Help schedule rental reservations as needed
- Ensure triage is organized & clean
- Closing out repair orders
- Setting PDI schedule to ensure prioritization
- Ensure equipment is maintained & serviced as needed
- Successfully resolve customer complaints in a timely maner

- Rotating weekends
