Full Job Description
Visto's Trailer Sales of West Fargo is growing and looking to add to our team. Visto's Trailer Sales is a leader in the trailer industry and has great advancement opportunities available. Experience in the Trailer, Automotive, or Retail industry preferred but not required as we will train the right individual.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Work with Marketing Director to create & execute new marketing strategies
- Manage and motivate a team of sales personnel
- Set sales goals & margin expectations with owners & report at monthly meetings
- Establish & train staff on sales process that includes proper CRM usage, hookup, delivery & post sale follow up
- Analyze sales data and develop reports for senior management
- Develop relationships with key customers and partners
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take corrective action when necessary
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services
- Train and execute systems & processes & evolve them as needed
