Visto's Trailer Sales is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and create an exceptional customer experience. If you have a history of success in sales leadership, process-driven execution, and CRM management, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals
  • Drive a growth-oriented, high-performance culture within the sales team
  • Monitor sales data and market trends to optimize performance
  • Responsible to set, track, and enforce sales goals, conversion rates, and other performance metrics
  • Responsible to become an expert in the trailer industry and grow an in depth knowledge of competitors, vendors, suppliers, etc
  • Make strategic decisions on pricing, customer negotiations, and inventory management to maximize profitability

Team Management & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a highly skilled and driven sales team
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
  • Establish accountability and track key performance metrics
  • Refine and implement structured sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

CRM & Process Optimization

  • Ensure consistent and effective use of the CRM system
  • Implement and enforce structured follow-up procedures to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales opportunities
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes to improve team performance

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to post-sale
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently ensuring strong relationships
  • Develop relationships with key business partners and vendors

Inventory & Operations Management

  • Manage lot organization and product placement to enhance the sales process
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure high-quality pre-delivery inspections
  • Manage dispatching and order fulfillment for timely deliveries
  • Manage inventory turnover and implement pricing strategies to optimize sales

Finance Department

  • Lead the development and management of the Finance Department to support dealership growth
  • Implement financing and upselling strategies that enhance customer experience and dealership revenue

Rental, Parts & Service Sales

  • Support the rental department as needed to drive additional revenue
  • Assist with over-the-counter sales, including walk-in and phone inquiries, as necessary
  • Collaborate with the team to increase parts-to-sales ratios and execute strategic upselling opportunities
  • Work with the service department to ensure smooth drop-offs and pickups

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and hold teams accountable.
  • Experience managing CRM systems and implementing sales processes.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and focused on execution and results.

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience required

License/Certification

  • Driver's License required
  • Ability to operate forklifts and equipment

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

  • DOE $80,000 to $200,000+
