Full Job Description
Parts:
- Ensure proper completion of paperwork
- Utilize CRM for timely followup
- Seek, identify, & obtain new prospects to increase sales
- Learn & apply new selling strategies & techniques
- Maintain a high level of product, market, & industry knowledge adding training when necessary
- Identify key businesses, vendors, & customers to surpass sales goals
- Upsell customers
- Unload, receive, checkin, & stock parts
- Complete returns on a timely basis
- Oversee margins/budget - review matrix pricing, communicating discrepancies to Parts Manager
- Maintain parts inventory, rotating product with assistance from the Parts Manager
- Ensure neat & accurately priced displays
- Work with service advisor to assure parts are arriving & dispersed
Truck Beds:
- Strategize with fleet accounts to increase product demand
- Monitor & resolve lost truck bed sales
Rental:
- Schedule rental reservations
- Ensure rental guidelines are followed
- Report unit misuse
- Inform service writer of needed rental maintenance
Service:
- Schedule service appointments if needed
