As the Marketing Assistant/BDC, you’ll be a vital part of our mission to provide the best selection of open and enclosed trailers, quality parts, and unmatched service.

What You'll Be Doing:
BDC Communication
- Follow up with incoming customer leads in a timely manner
- Continuously communicate with potential customers
- Seek new customer opportunities within the industry
- Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge to our guests
- Utilize call scripts and word tracks provided by the dealership in addressing guest inquiries and concerns meeting dealership & manufacturer expectations
- Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts
Digital Inventory Presence
- Update online inventory presence on partner sites including manufacturer’s pages, Racing Junk, Trailers USA, Commercial Truck Trader, etc
- Post inventory to FB Marketplace & respond to customer inquiries
- Work with Sales Manager to ensure website inventory is up-to-date (removing old promotions, ensuring pictures are fresh & professional)
Marketing Assistant
- Content Creation - social media, website, promotional materials, store signage
- Design Work - creating graphics for posters, social media, ads, digital sign, etc
- Keep showroom marketing up-to-date (brochures, parts marketing, signage, etc)
- Assisting with events & shows - planning, setup & execution
- Meeting with department heads to assist with department-specific marketing requests
- Community Involvement - build relationships, seek new opportunities
- Bringing fresh ideas to the company
- Contribute to team effort and assist with company needs

Requirements
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Some college
License/Certification
- Driver's License required
Experience
- 1-2 years experience with Sales/BDC
Compensation
- $19-22/hr DOE

- 2 days paid for the death of a partner, parent, child, or sibling. Up to 2 weeks can be taken off using PTO or unpaid time off.
